Interprofessional Collaboration: From Concept to Preparation to Practice.
Collaborating Across Borders III (CAB III) is the third Canada—United States joint conference focusing on an exploration of common issues around interprofessional education (IPE) and practice (IPP). It builds upon the highly successful CAB I (University of Minnesota, October, 2007) and CAB II (Dalhousie University, May, 2009) meetings where educators, clinicians, researchers, policy makers and students on both sides of the border engaged in rich and productive dialogue regarding interprofessional education, practice and research CAB III will focus on a discussion of interprofessional education, practice and policy in a national and global context by featuring best practices, providing evidence that supports efforts, showcasing outcomes, describing lessons learned, and providing a venue for scholarly dialogue and productive networking.
