Summary:

AHWI has researched health career pathways as one component of the work
undertaken by the H&CSWC for the Health Skills Formation Strategy (HSFS). The
HSFS was established to identify barriers to industry development, to determine
workforce development need and solutions and to explore the integration of skills
and work policy across the health industry. This particular project is a systematic
literature review, focussing on the area of health career pathways in Queensland.
